Chris Matthews on Hardball ... "You know I'm pretty pro-Obama in many ways."
Tell us something we didn't already know, tingle-pants. But, you'd think Matthews could come up with a better justification for his fan-boy status than this ...
"I sort of like the spirit of his administration. I like the whole direction its taken in terms of responsibility and what it stands for in our country's history."
Really? Responsibility?
After 3-1/2 years of blaming Bush and starting every public utterance with a reference to 'inherited problems' ... I can think of a lot of words to describe this administration. 'Responsible' is not one of them.
